Did not come with original accessories, and there are multiple people running this account so I got inconsistent replies to my messages. They only offered a return and no other options to make this right as a return will not let you leave negative feedback. So I overpaid about $150 and will have to pay another $100 to replace the battery. Avoid this seller at all costs.

Buyer did not want to return the item but rather wanted 1/2 of the purchase price as a partial refund.     Great smart watch, highly recommend!

    Love that this product is water resistant. My son is a swimmer and now he can track his workouts daily. Also, it is great for school because you can tell time without getting into trouble for looking at your phone. There are so many features he has yet to use but I am thinking of getting one of these myself.

    Excellent if you want to track sleep and fitness

    Pros: Lightweight, attractive silver case and lovely grey band. Band is easy to clean and so is the watch. Very easy to get started and accurately measures heart rate and activity well. Receives notifications well even when away from my phone. Excellent for tracking workouts and sleep Great for reminders on being mindful of getting in steps, water and reminders of bedtime. Helps me stay on track with my sleep because I abuse that the most. Cons: Limited # responses from the Versa in response to messaging. Cannot dictate responses Can't answer and speak through the phone for calls Have not yet tested out the music capability.

    Good smartwatch!

    I only gave this Fitbit Versa a 4 star as of now because I haven't used it for long and I will update my review in about 3 months:) So far, so good. I am happy as to the functionality and ease of usage of this fitbit. The Fitbit Versa definitely is such a better smartwatch than the Fitbit Charge 3, which had a lot of problem when I was using it.

    Tech

    As far as I can tell, this watch is a very good one. It did not come with a manual, however, so I have had some problems getting it to work--I have now learned maybe 20% of what I intend to learn. This is a problem for many people who are not that into electronics. I have this watch and an older Fitbit tracker and I do not know which is sending back my weekly reports. The problems are really not with the watch, but with its new owner.
