I was nervous about buying a used sewing machine on ebay because I got scammed twice before by scammers who sent me a nonfunctional machine or didn't send one at all. This seller, world weidner, actually sent me a functioning machine and I'm very glad I didn't get scammed a third time. The machine was a used machine, and the shipping box was very beat up, but the machine works OK. The only discrepancy was having to set the thread tension to the maximum of 5 to keep the top thread from being pull

    Wife loves this machine. Great home machine, quite, great features and it works!! Ever since it arrived she has been singing it's praises. This is not an industrial, commercial machine but, it is well built. The auto threader and thread cutter are an awesome feature. Someone with handicap feet can use this quilter because it can be operated without the foot-feed. Quality is better than most other common brands such as Si**er or Br****r.

    A Whole New World!

    This Janome sewing machine has greatly improved my sewing experience. My old machine (different brand) did a good job for what it was designed to do, but this glorious Janome almost purrs as I sew. This machine makes quilting an enjoyable hobby. I would highly recommend it for quilting. I have not explored the different stitches yet, so I cannot leave feedback for this feature. I am going to be able to save hundreds of dollars by not sending my quilt tops out to be quilted. And I get the pride of being able to say I did 100% of the job.

    Very lightweight compared to my Janome Memory Craft 8000, making it so easy to move around.

    I purchased this machine as an Open Box item, not knowing exactly what that meant, but I would do it again in a heartbeat. The seller was easy to work with and the machine came fast and well boxed. I have been sewing for 75 years using either a Singer or a Janome and this machine fulfills every need. The instruction book is ideal for visual people and covers every detail. I was very impressed how smoothly it sews through multiple layers of fabric and not slow down. I am loving the fact it will cut the thread when you finish sewing; saves a lot of arm movement. I have not used all of the designs but am very confident it will do everything I have in mind. Very happy with my purchase.

    High quality, fun to use.

    Easy to use especially since it came with a DVD. The first time I tested the stitching I knew I had made a great choice. It even has the sound of a good quality machine! Had been trying to make face masks with my old machine soon realizing I needed a better machine so after checking online, comparing several, thought this one was the best choice... And it turned out to be just that!
