Bought 4 stock Intel coolers. They arrived, and they ARE the copper core coolers for sure. Have one on a Xeon 1275 v2 (i7 3770 + 100MHz + IGPU) right now. Load temps are high, 86*C, but sufficient enough for a stock cooler. Packaging was meh at best, OEM boxes in a plastic bag. No actual packaging material was used to ship. All arrived safely though.
