The tablet arrived in an open box, when it was supposed to be a new tablet. Everything sounded loose inside another box covered in an air protector, but equally loose. Furthermore, it did not indicate that the tablet did not have any more Android updates, but that must have been my negligence for not investigating or asking. In the end I kept it and bought another 2 Android 12 from another seller.
