Great Stethoscope
Bought this to replace the Littmann “equivalent”. I also have the ADC version. For about $25 this one is a better scope IMO! Very well made. Don’t throw your money away on the more expensive brands.

I am a medical provider and have always used Littman Cardiology scopes. I needed a spare for the office. This one is fine for BP checks, and general, back up use. The acoustics are not sharp, so if you need a finely honed instrument to assess murmurs, etc, it is just fair. The tubing is good length, a bit thick. The ear pieces and ring around the diaphram are cheap plastic, not terribly comfortable. Overall, for a back up or general use, it is a reasonable low cost alternative. Fine for nurses to do BP's, detect heart rate. If you really need a cardiology scope, stick with Littman. Doesn't work
Don't waste your money. As an EMT I couldn't even find my own heart beat with it. It's a total waste. I'll find some kid who wants to play nurse and let them have it because it's literally junk.
