After some research I ordered the 4200520 icemaker for my subzero 601F. The unit that looked exactly right but did not have the correct wiring plug in that I needed. The seller accepted my return of the part right away. Further research revealed that I needed to check the serial number. Based on this the correct part was the 7002738.
