Seller took back item as it wasn't in "new" condition. Outside box not sealed, and I did not see the picture posted. Eye drops in the news gave me concerns. Great communication and seller was very prompt to issue a refund .

This feedback left for me from this seller was meant for a different seller, when I brought it to his attention he wanted to make it right but I could not figure out how to go about being able to change it due to the fact that it was a positive feedback and not a negative or neutral, I tried to reach out to Ebay but found it impossible to get an answer on how to resolve the matter. Although it does not reflect negatively on me it still is not what happened with their transaction through me.
