Who's calling?
This is the best phone set I've ever had! I love that after the second ring, the caller's name is announced. I don't know where the name comes from that is announced as some of the names don't jive with the caller's name. But, the phone makes calls easy to dial, or answer. I haven't managed to figure out how to use a lot of the extras that come with these phones - but I love the basics that I've managed to figure out! No trouble setting up. In fact I had an one of the same model that I thought had been zapped by lightning but it turns out the old AC adapter was the only thing that was zapped. I plugged in the adapter from the new phone and the old phone worked like a champ. I assume the new phone is fine. I guess I'll find out if the old one ever actually breaks.

It's HD Backlit Caller ID is perfect for those who have eye sight issues like myself. The screen is large and has a clear resolution. The Caller ID Announce feature is incredible as, if you don't want to run to the phone you don't need to as the Announcements are crisp and clear. The Answering Machine works like a dream. Oh and the best part is, that the Cordless Phone that comes with it, allows you to hear messages, has Caller ID Announce, Excellent Backscreen Lighting and DOES NOT need to be plugged in to a phone jack.
