The blu ray I ordered is for my father so it is important to me. I got a message from the seller saying that one of the discs had become loose inside the case (anyone who owns a cd, dvd, blu ray knows this happens a lot) and showed me a picture of the sealed case. Instead of just shipping they reached out with options from send as is, open and reattach or a full refund. I went with reattach. It arrived in fine condition, packaged well, and sooner then expected. Glad I chose this seller.

    All time western favorite movie

    This movie is fantastic. I Loved Tommy Lee Jones in Lonesome Dove he is one of my all time favorites but I have to say Jon Voight was spot on top notch acting. I highly recommend this movie. All actors were super in this movie.

    Return to lonesome dove okay just not great?

    Return to Lonesome dove not a baby movie, however not written as well, I understand why Tommy Lee Jones opted out not to return, even another great actor could not replace his carractor. Missing something special. Well filmed, however not the same.

    An Excellent Sequel

    Although I was disappointed that two of the original main actors did not return for the sequel, the replacements were perfectly chosen and the new characters added new depth to the story. This and the original movie are two stories I have watched several times already and will go back to in the future. Lonesome Dove I & II are among the best westerns ever made.

    Return to lonesome Dove

    Good sequel to lonesome Dove, but would have been better if they could have picked up where they left off with the same actors. I am a fan of Jon Voight , but also Tommy Lee Jones. Having said that it was still a great movie and a real classic.
