Messaged the seller several times to cancel my order because I ordered the item aug 22 and it took until aug 29 for them to send a msg that the package was being shipped. They still shipped the item even when I told them to cancel it because I was afraid the item wont reach my aunts place on aug 30 before her flight. So I bought another cat food. Now im stuck with this item I dont need anymore. Checked the returns and it says buyer will pay shipping and at 4lbs its $15. So nevermind! Its a loss
