item arrived on time as described. worked as needed. my only complaint would be that it was shipped in a padded envelop which had ripped so that 1/2 of one leg was sticking out. if it had to travel more than 100 miles(East of L.A.-San Diego,Ca) one or both of the legs might have been lost.
