Great experience! It was wrapped carefully in bubble wrap and packing paper. Including with a cardboard insert wrapped around the outside of the bubble wrap to help keep it protected during shipping. Doll arrived quickly and very well protected in a hard box, but had prior non-shipping related damage to neck that perhaps seller oversaw; this same kind of damage caused our own doll's head to fall off, and was the reason for my purchase to replace ours. Seller was very professional and immediately refunded the entire amount, didn't require a return. Pleasantly surprised by how professional this seller was.
