But she is also his captor, keeping him prisoner in her isolated house. Now Annie wants Paul to write his greatest work--just for her. She has a lot of ways to spur him on. One is a needle. Another is an ax. And if they don't work, she can get really nasty.

  • Misery by Stephen King

I bought this book to complete my library of Stephen King's writings. He is one of my all time favorite authors. It took me less than five hours to read this book. • Great Book

I absolutely love this book because it's not one of Stephen King's "fantasy" novels. It's more realistic than some of his other sci-fi thrillers. I'm not much of a reader, but this book keeps your attention the whole way through and I would highly recommend it to anyone!
