Purchased this item and waited for it to ship then I received an email stating they will not ship to me for no reason even though I paid top dollar for it. I ended up getting 5 remotes for less than half the price of this one instead and they work perfectly!

I received the product quickly, however when the outer box was opened I discovered two holes wore into the canopy covering from what looked like vibration during shipping. I contacted ebay and then the seller. I was made an offer by the seller that I considered to be unacceptable. After further communication with the seller we finally agreed on a price adjustment to compensate for receiving the damaged item. There were delays in communication but I associated with time zone differences.
