Great product. Just take a note that if you live in a very hot climate or in a heatwave. These will not survive in the mail. However Swanson is my go to brand on a lot of supplements for many reasons. I take 1 pumpkin oil a soft gel day for a healthy heart, brain and antioxidants. Fun fact. Pumpkin oil is good for joint health as well. I will be back. Like I always am for this company.
