The unit arrived on time but the unit was not functional as it was described, it power up though but not giving the right measurement reading. I apply a return/refund at first, and since the seller takes time to respond, i decided to open the unit and try to fix the problem. And found out that there is a solder crack on the negative input of the probe. Easy fix, just re solder it and it was back to work. I did what I’ve done because i need the meter. So i cancel the the return/refund.

Item delivered on Feb 28th. Return started on Saturday March 2nd. I sent him a return label sent on Monday March 4th since the business is closed on weekends.

Item description omitted critical info. PC monitor had dim display only visible in an almost dark room - not usable. I found a svc manual, disassembled it, and aligned the tube to fix it. Seller knew/was not interested in the issue, "Good luck with the sent up. I hope it works out." Only after it worked did they offer a "full refund" - if I paid the return shipping.
Recommend buyers ask enough detailed questions to validate item descriptions and uncover any "omissions". Check shipping amount
