I'm living 100% off-grid developing 104 acres on a mountain. I wired a sub-panel in my camper to switch back and forth between inverter/batteries and generator. But this unit did NOT work with "Modified Sine Wave" inverter. Worked perfectly on the generator. Then I bought a "Pure Sine Wave" 5000 watt inverter. And the unit is working perfectly. :) No more shutting everything down and restarting after power a switch.

Excellent UPS. I put it to the test for benchmarks on my gaming PC with a 1000w PSU and it worked perfect with no power interruption. Also the battery condition seems to be 100% new. and when I disconnected the UPS from the power to test the battery and it worked fine. It is heavy this UPS but very worth it. I think I made a good purchase when it was cheaper than the sale price. Thank you very much.

All in all this is a good unit for something like powering a router for 4-5 hrs. note that although there is enough power to keep a modern pc running for 30-45 min in low demand situations , this unit does not produce pure sine wave electricity and would instantly shut off my PC power even though demand was only 150 watts .
