The product does not support the weight of a 27" screen which is 3.7 kg, it can be moved to the sides but when you want to put the monitor at a height with the arm of the Mount Stand, the monitor is heavier and the monitor falls towards below, I tried to contact the seller but he did not answer

    Great looking design but poor mechanics

    I love the look of the unit but it will. It support the weight of 24” monitor. The monitor is only 11lbs. This unit states it can handle 17lbs
