Seller never clarified this issue. The item post stated that returns were accepted so I took a chance that the "missing parts" did not include the faceplate. Otherwise, the transaction was satisfactory with quick shipping and item in "as new" condition.

    The Digital Stream DTV TV Converter Box Model: DTX9950 performed very well.

    For the price that I paid, this DTX9950 converter box was better than what I had expected. . There were a couple of differences as compared with my DTX9900. It was a good buy. Clay Scott

    Burn out over time

    I like the features of this product and it works well, however this is my third one, because they just stops working (turning on and off) after a fairly long period of use. I have two other brands, but when this one goes, I'll probably try to find another one, because of its features.
