versatile, multi-purpose dvd
I have found this DVD to be very useful and versatile. It contains a series of 10-minute workouts, and gives you the option of choosing just one or combining them to create your own personalized cardio routine. I have also found that choosing just one workout makes for a good warm-up before doing more intense training. Also, when I've been on the elliptical machine for 20 minutes or so and am getting bored, I have found that adding a 10-minute workout from this DVD is a good way to break the monotony and still make sure I get in my 30+ minutes a day. The only "semi" complaint that I have would be that this chick is a little on the insanely perky side for my taste... but anyway, who cares as long as the workouts keep you moving, right? I look forward to buying more of the 10 ... I have found this DVD to be very useful and versatile. Great Workout for Beginners!
This workout DVD has enough variety to keep me entertained. I enjoy the different types of exercise. Many of the exercises can have the intensity upped to get a more effective workout. There is an option to "Create Your Own Workout" all that really does is allow you to choose two or more workouts to do end to end, so you still do the warm-ups and cool-downs of each individual workout, but if you are up to doing 20 minutes or more workout, it does allow you to shake things up.This workout DVD has enough variety to keep me entertained. Keeps Moving -- Good Workouts
I am really glad I bought this DVD. I've enjoyed each 10-minute workout and never got bored. Each workout is good, complements the others on the DVD, and keeps moving with a good variety in each segment. Cardio workouts tend to bore me quickly, but not this one. Also, I can mix and match these segments with other 10 Minute Solutions workouts. Great!!!

Only 3 of the 5 workouts were good for me. Two of them had lots of jumping and jacks, which in my opinion shows a lack of imagination. I could do THAT on my own. However, several of the workouts were quite effective, but I doubt I'll use this nearly as much as other DVDs that use more dancing, and variety, and yet still keep the "work" in the workout.

No time to Exercise?
This is an awesome workout DVD. It has 5 ten minute segments. Do one or do them all. Who doesn't have 10 minutes? Get ready to work because once the time starts, you will work! Great workout...you will get sweaty in 10 minutes. Quick warm up, then off you go. After I bought this one, I bought 2 others! A definite keeper!
