I LEAVE A POSITIVE RESPONCE BECAUSE THE GOOD OLE USPS STRIKES AGAIN. I RCVD. THE ENVELOPE TODAY 6-1-23 THAT THE COIN WAS IN AND IT HAD SO MUCH WEAR ON IT THAT THE COIN WAS RUBBED OUT OF THE ENVELOPE AND LOST IN THE MAIL. WHAT I MEAN BY WEAR IS THAT SOME OF THE SEND TO ADDRESS IS UNREADABLE, TRACKING NUMBERS WERE UNREADABLE, PART OF THE RETURN ADDRESS WAS UNREADABLE, PART OF THE POSTAGE MARKER IS GONE. BLACK SMUDGE MARKES OVER 70 TO 80 PERCENT OF THE ADDRESS SIDE OF THE ENVELOPE.
