The backrest seems to be well made and is easy to install. Only downside is that is a fixed height and not adjustable. It simply slides in and out of the fender mounted base but has no detent or other mechanism securing it to the base. For the price it is a good value.

I searched all over for a driver's backrest to fit my 2006 Harley Road King. Several vendors said theirs would fit but they did not and I had to return them. This one fit perfectly and was installed in literally 3 minutes. It looks great and supports my back well. Plus, it's made in the USA. The item arrived on time.
