Everytime i start laptop it will not load I have to turn it on then off then back on for it to load past the startup page. Battery dies in less than an hour. I should have fixed these issues by telling seller before installing all the programs i have on it now. It would cost me around 2k to remove and reinstall on another laptop. So my problem because i didnt do something a out it before
