Item shipped and arrived quickly but wasn't packaged very well, the box was mostly empty and item was only covered by a thin layer of bubble wrap. Item itself is cosmetically damaged as expected, but one of the battery ports is corroded and it can only be used with the power cable, which wasn't mentioned or shown in the listing. I specifically wanted this to use in portable settings, so I wouldn't have bought it if I'd known. Overall I'm out like $25 so not a huge deal, but still disappointing.

    A smart buy

    Purchased a refurbished printer that replaced a basic one that did not have a fax feature. Setup and operation was flawless. Was able to go online to download driver & manual. This printer does use same ink on hand.

    Canon MX452 printer is more than adequate for the price.

    This is my second MX452 Canon printer. Due to my trying to add paper while it was printing, I caused it to jam. No manual came with the printer (only what I would call a flow sheet for set-up), so my husband and I tried to correct it the same way we had with my previous printer, a Dell. Well, we got the jam cleared and cleaned the print heads, but we were never able to get them in correct alignment. Consequently, I bought a new Canon MX452. I still have the first one, but unless or until I find how to fix the printer head alignment, it will just be a so-so doorstop! Also, this Canon printer and the first are noisy. They go through a series of clanks and clunks before printing and again when it is done! I also agree with a previous reviewer who noted the display window as being too small ...

    A nice product, highly recommended!

    You can't get it wrong with Canon printers. I bought this printer to complement my other printer and I have been impressed so far. The quality of the print is very good and so is the speed at least for home use. My only concern is the LCD display which is too small making it difficult to see properly. Otherwise, I would have given it 5.

    okay i need some help over here please send me Fax manual + ink cartridges

    there wasn't a thorough step by step manuel showing how to setup Fax or use. ink cartridges where having issues and problems printing quality right. please contact me for manual for using Fax and replacement cartridges please. thank you, Mario Gallardo :)

    Didn't come with the ink even though it advertised it would

    The printer was supposed to come with ink but the box did not CONTAIN any of the ink so it'll cost me 86.00 dollars to be able to set it up so no iv not even been able to do the set up of the printer it's still sitting in its box
