Terrible experience. I payed over 200€ for an item to be so horribly packed that got broken.
When trying to reach out for the seller, the seller wasn’t helpful and really didn’t care on trying to find a solution.
If you are buying a glass item please don’t buy from this person. I don’t recommend at all.

This is simply not true. The buyer wanted a discount after delivery and threatened negative feedback. They refused to show pictures of the "damage" and I still offered a FULL REFUND with a return. Buyer refused to return the item because it obviously wasn't broken and they wanted to keep it. Customer service is very important to me and I would have happily paid for return shipping to make this buyer whole but that was not what they were looking for.
