This review is due to "no response" to an issue with the order (7 days). The lock was advertised as "New Other"--- An open box item. Arrived with broken off piece packaged within a different box. Which tells its true condition upon sale. I DO NOT RECOMMEND and will not purchase from this seller in the future. Item was not properly packaged and damage with scratches and chips in brass. LUCKILY-- Baldwin stands by their product and not the ebay seller. Manufacturer helped me and NOT THE SELLER.

thankful for the seller that they provided with with these shampoos for such a good price and it even came with an extra one! in the photo it shows that the shampoos spilled and i do wish that the seller took them out of the original box, cleaned it up a bit and put it inside a new box. especially for the $15 shipping cost. it was a huge mess i had to clean up and lots of product was lost. still good nonetheless

When it arrived, it was poorly packaged, and two parts were missing, including one that was pictured in the listing. Contacted seller who told me just contact Moen. Ask about his return policy and seller ghosted me. Had to delay completing my job and cancel plumber who was scheduled!!

    Poorly Refurbished

    Arrived quickly and works well but is fairly obviously refurbished. There are some cosmetic blemishes on the unit as well as a rather foul smell emits from the vacuum when in use. It smells a bit like a bacterial colony was allowed to grow rampant before cleaning. Wish it had been refurbished a bit better. Haven't had issues with buying refurbished before. Probably will only buy brand new now.

    Perfect vacuum

    Only problem I have had has to do with installation of charging pad on a washer/dryer closet wall all attached is it does not hang straight down but at a slight angle. I have been unable to hang it between the dryer and wall (6 inches). I have to install high up closet wall to get it a few inches above dryer top. Glad I have a front loading dryer. It would work with “stick” and sweeper off but then I would have to find a place to store them. I anyone has a solution would love to hear from you.

    Great Product

    We had a old big Dyson Ball Vacuum. It was heavy. But worked amazing. Never ever had a problem with it. When I saw these Stick vacuums I always told my wife they won’t work as well. I had to eat my words. It is super light and works about as well as the big dyson ball vacuum. I highly highly recommend it.

    Lightweight with powerful suction to really deep clean.

    This Dyson is replacing a really old vacuum that got the job done but.... I now feel with this vacuum my house is clean again. Easy to use. Easy on/off for different attachments. I love that it is cordless.
