The glass item arrived broken. I contacted the seller about how poorly it was packaged, and they are refusing to take accountability. The item should have been wrapped with bubble wrap and packing peanuts, but the seller only had a piece of thick paper and large bubble packing around it which all popped from the weight of the glass and in transit when the box is being handled. I’ve been refused a refund and have to contact USPS to file a claim. Shame on the seller for such a horrible experience
