Item arrived in good condition. My only "complaint" is that I specifically chose this tent over the many other options because I liked the toggles shown in the photo to hold up the door for easy access. The tent I received does not have the toggles -instead it has the same two ties that the many other tents have. Also, be aware that neither the top nor side windows have screens in this model.
