Item looked and worked brand new. Works perfectly with my ReSound Aids. I've been wearing aids for 7 years. This mic has already taken my hearing to the next level. No hearing is as good as you were born with, but this mic helps a lot. Recommend. I got the manual online and read through the various functions. I tried it out in a group meeting and was pleased with the functioning. I tried it out in a radio and was very pleased with much better speech discernment.
