Item was shipped and received within a few days. The item was better than I expected, in good working order. I want to thank this seller with a virtual hug. I’ve been looking to get my brother hearing aids since he entered a Skilled Nursing Home 4 months ago after a life altering injury. He is at least 90% deaf. We are 5 hrs. apart but I will be traveling to see him next week to get these hearing aids to him and teach him how to care for them. We are very grateful to the seller. God bless you!
