    The Ferrari of sewing machines

    Using this Janome 6500, I feel like a person who used to drive a Pinto and suddenly was given a Porsche 911 or a Ferrari. I can't believe how smooth the ride is as well as how beautifully the quilting comes out. A breeze to thread. My tension problems are gone. At first I thought that the auto cutting button was superfluous, but now I can see that it is a real timesaver. I could go on and on but............."you get what you pay for" is a real truism.

    Janome 6500P

    My sister has this machine. I have been sold on its capabilities for a long time. Our favorite quilt store also stocks and sells this machine and most quilters there have one. So, needless to say, I wanted one. Even with all the options, the machine is easy to use, the instructions are simple and easy to follow. The machine is super quiet, sews beautifully and easy to maintain. Simple bobbin winding, easy threading with the built in needle threader. The variety of stitches is endless and there is one for every need you have. I especially enjoy the applique stitch, it is even and easy. I would definitely buy this machine again and with the Janome reputation, it was a win win.

    Amazing machine

    Lovely machine! Easy to use and stitches beautifully. I am wondering why I waited so long to purchase this machine. I feel like I’ve gone from a Toyota corolla to a Rolls Royce. Only downfall is the machine is actually made of metal not plastic, so is heavy to take to classes or retreats. I personally don’t mind as I know this machine will last for years since it is so well made.

    I bought this sewing machine to set up in my sewing room and to try and improve my skills as well.So far I really like how it works and I've yet to try out the many features that my Sew Precise didn't have. I really like the performance so far a nice machine for crafting! Well its been a long while since I bought this machine and I am still extremely happy with it! I have made dozens of quilts free hand quilted and made book covers and hand bags.This machine has served my needs and I am only more in love no problems with it other then a bit louder but only a little bit its a pretty quiet machine.I would recommend this to anyone who loves to sew:-)

    Janome Memory Craft 6500P

    This was an amazing good price for a truly awesome machine. Used but cannot tell! Works like a dream. So many available stitch patterns to use and they work great! So many feet came with it. The top of the machine has a reversable picture menu board of all of the stitches enabeling me to just look at that to choose my decorative stitches without refering to a book. Just choose the stitch by number and enter into the machine and sew it. Amazing! Able to free motion quilt also! The machine works very well. I had heard this machine was wonderful and it is true! I am truly very satisfied with this. I have a seperate embroidery machine so this one is for quilting and sewing.! I recommend this machine to anyone who is looking for a high end machine that is a great value and it is true quality! ...
