I ordered the 2 black Nunchuck pack. They messaged that they were out of black, but asked if I wanted red. Then the seller said they were actually pink. I responded that I wanted white or black or I would cancel my order. They said the warehouse found 2 in stock and would send them, which I assumed would be black. They sent me red instead.

I bought a pack of two controllers. Only one arrived. I have contracted the seller repeatedly over the past 2 weeks to have the second controller sent and have had no resolution. They initially asked for a 50% refund and I asked for a second controller to be sent. I have since messaged 3 more times with no response whatsoever. A week ago I did say I was contacting them one final time and still no response. Would not recommend. I have never given a bad review to date so Iām sad to do so
