Great product but seller should use UPS instead of USPS as their service is not reliable. There was no tracking movement for 10 days and the package arrived 1 week late.

Seller immediately shipped the item by priority mail, but USPS took nearly 3 weeks to deliver the tree (not the seller's fault) which I have come to expect from USPS as I order a lot of things online and USPS is by far the worst when it comes to running late or losing the package entirely. The root ball was amazingly still damp and the tree appeared undamaged, so I planted the tree the day it was delivered and will hope it wakes up this spring. Again, I don't blame the seller for USPS delay.
