The poles themselves are fantastic, and they work as promised. Fast shipping, too. I'm only giving this purchase 4 stars because the storage bag itself was tattered on arrival--2 friction holes, a little rust, and one actual tear. The bag is still usable after a quick patch with duct tape. Still, not ideal. Given the soft outer bag, the item should have been stored and shipped in a box.
