About this product

Product Information

Serving as something of a carnival-themed take on the technology-run-amok tale of the film Westworld, Arcade Shooting Gallery is a first-person shooter in which a secret agent has commandeered the control tower of an amusement park and turned its once friendly robotic workers into aggressive attackers. Players step into the role of vacationers Tony and Melissa as they use laser guns, fireball guns, and bubble bomb pistols to blast robot clowns, hologram ghosts, evil bats, and giant boss characters through five distinct sections of the amusement park. Each stage is filled with bonuses that can be used to upgrade weapons, health, and skills, and multiplayer fans can join forces with a friend in two-player co-op mode.

  • MAYBE for younger kids but TOO easy for adults.

I bought this game because I enjoy playing Link's Crossbow Training and wanted another target shooting type of game. Unfortunately it isn't it. Although it is a shooting game, instead of targets, you are shooting all of the "mad robots" roaming around in an amusement park. This wouldn't be so bad except that you have no control of your character in terms of where you wander in the park. Once you "kill" all the robots in a particular place, the game automatically takes you to the next place where you "run into" some more robots. The only thing you can control is where you shoot. Then at the end of each level there is a "Boss" robot that you have to shoot a number of times to kill before moving on to the next level. I noticed no increased difficulty in the levels and beat the game in ...

  • For The Kids

I initially bought this game for my 9 year old son for Christmas, beings how he wanted a shooting game. Thinking that he and his sisters would get a kick out of it, and it wasn't overtly violent, I thought it would be a good choice. Well, he played it for a whole five minutes before he got bored with it. thankfully his younger sisters thought it was fun and hilarious to shoot at killer clowns and the like. I, personally would not recommend this for adults because of it's limited playability. But for kids, it's adequate. Just don't look for a lot of blood and guts because that's virtually non-existant. Like I said it's a very mild shooting game and nothing more. It's what I was hoping it to be, but was dismayed by my sons lack of interest.

  • DISAPPOINTMENT! Annoying music, boring story, repetitive shooting scenes

I bought this game thinking it would be a arcade style shooting game with moving targets, which it does have, however it turned out to be very annoying with the repetitive boom boom horn sounds and repetitive shoot the evil clowns and robots theme. It was a BIG disappointment. It's like a wanna be story line game that had a crappy story and simplistic shooting. My visiting eight year old stepson played it for 20 minutes and never played it again since..and he typically loves shooting games. He's enjoying the Big Brain Academy, Wii Ski & Snowboarding and the various Mario Wii games better.

  • My grandkids love it!

  • Terrible game. Slow, confusing, boring. Not worth $3.

I bought this game because it was inexpensive. It is a terrible game. The game feels very awkward to play, almost like it is not meant to be played on a wii. I'm having a hard time even explaining how it was so awful. The controls feel all wrong, and the game itself doesn't do enough to explain what you are supposed to be doing. I played it for maybe 20 minutes, and I don't think it'll ever be played again. It also felt like you are waiting for stuff to load all the time.
