When I open the Delivery box,There is a lot of water inside the vacuum cleaner suction head, and it is filled with dirt and hair, the picture of the toilet similar to the dirty stuff is from the suction head, resulting in the suction head does not turn. I ask the seller to refund me part of the payment.，and seller agreeed that will refund 50dollars. But 3days gone，I never received the refund from seller.
