    Awesome performance and friendly to use

    I bought this router to boost my WiFi performance and range. Setup was painless, the various options are laid out clearly. The range of this router is amazing. Previously I was struggling, with mediocre to no reception in remote rooms (some of the walls in my house are thick concrete walls, which block waves pretty well). No such issue since I installed this router! I still get 50% of maximum throughput in the farthest corners!

    Modem has no support

    The router works ok but I was a little disappointed in the range. It gets choppy and breaks up on my security cameras that are less than 30 feet away. The modem has no configuration settings that I could find, just a light on the front indicating a connection (or lack thereof). Tried for several hours to get it to connect to the DSL and never could.

    over all good unit for the price

    This is my third net gear router. Second one of this model. It seems to function properly,but I have not had good luck with longevity. I am not sure it is the product quality or an issue with my internet provider.

    Great Product

    I was a bit surprised seeing as I had moved away from Netgear long ago due to the sub par equipment but I was rather surprised by this. The router is very customizable, allowed me to set parental controls at the network level, and well.made from the hardware perspective.

    Netgear is a high quality product.
