Excellent retailer, good communication, acceptable shipping costs but I must say that Fedex then asked me for more money, 30.00 euros for deposit and additional VAT for them since it was not money for customs or duties. None of this is attributable to the retailer but to Fedex Italy which has proven to be not very serious and this makes me think about whether to take other items where Fedex is the courier
