Seller was very communicative and honest. Shipping was fast. The card I received is genuine (Intel verified it via their technical support team) and it was shipped in a new box (not sealed) though. The only reason I reached out to Intel was because I can't seem to get the card's throughput close to 10Gbps using Iperf3 to test.
