I ordered a US size 9-10. I received a size 7-8, Christmas gift for my daughter and too small. I contacted seller, said they were the wrong size and requested return. Seller refused return, said he was sorry, but didn't have the right size and offered me a $5 refund. She can't wear them if they are too small so they are useless to us and $5 is not enough to purchase a different pair elsewhere. If you don't have the right size, you don't send a size smaller! I am livid. It doesn't work!
