Very nice unit. I bought it because it was rated less than 45 dB and the dimensions were small. I have tried it once and everything seems to be working properly. I plan on using it in my RV summertime, because the rooftop one I have is 70 dB and I can't sleep with it on. So I am hoping this will solve that problem. The wheels and handles make it easy to move around. The window kit was too long, so I bought another kit from eBay for 6in hose and fits just fine. Seller is very responsive!

First of all, buyer beware.... they sold me a mattress that was not in the description, then tried to convince me to keep it. When I tried to contact the seller all I got was that I had to pay for the return out of my pocket when they falsely advertise one mattress and send you another. Supposed to be a serweet mattress and the sent something totally different

The first and last reason for your dissatisfaction is that the size doesn't match your bed frame. Your bed frame is a split king-size, and you bought a double king-size mattress, so tell me my mattress size doesn't match the description, but it's not that my mattress size is wrong. It's that you didn't buy the right size mattress. Even if the mattress you buy doesn't fit your bed frame, I promise I will pay for return shipping. But you tried to convince me to give you a refund instead of not ret
