Great Seller...A++ The piece is BEAUTIFUL!! This item was packaged so carefully with a variety of materials. It clearly was mishandled during shipment and was slightly damaged. Expecting maybe partial refund, I sent the seller a message and was promptly issued a FULL refund with no questions asked. I appreciate the sellers kindness and promptness. But I will be sending her refund back to pay for the piece minus 5.00 for the damage as this was not the sellers fault. Highly Recommended!!!!
