With the Cobra XRS 9345, you'll be able to stealthily and confidently cruise through any speed trap that may be in your path.It can often be hard to resist the call of the open road, and with the Cobra XRS 9345 radar detector, you don't have to. In addition to its 14 different signal sensors, this multifunction radar device comes equipped various other helpful functions. Detectable radar signals include X Band, K Band, Ka Superwide, VG-2, and Spectre I and IV+. It even detects the Ku Band for added protection, which is a radar band being used extensively in Europe. The six detectable laser signals are the LTI 20-20, Ultra-Lyte, ProLaser, ProLaser III, Stalker LIDAR, and Speedlaser. The practical LaserEye function featured on the XRS 9345 even allows your Cobra to pick up laser signals from 360 degrees. With this Cobra radar detector, you can rest assured that you won't get surprised. To combat law enforcers with equipment to scan for radar detectors, Cobra has developed state of the art sensors that can detect and even block many of the signals used by such equipment. The Cobra XRS 9345 can be completely undetectable and invisible to many police detectors. In fact, its innovative design can alert you when you're under the surveillance of a Spectre I or IV+ or VG-2 radar detector detector. The Cobra XRS detector can even alert you to the use of Pop Mode radar guns.     Slippery

    There is no way for this unit to mount anywhere. I had to use Velcro to keep it from sliding all over the dashboard. The range is great and it performs well, but it goes off when some 18 wheelers approach or is near. It sounds the same for big trucks or law enforcement vehicles. I wouldn't recommend this unit.

    Cobra XRS-9345 Radar Detector

    The Cobra XRS-9345 is good-looking. The cable is long enough and does not cause inconveniences. It really detects 360 degrees as specified. However, i tested it together with an "Early warning EW-101" (which I had previously bought for my brother) while approaching a fixed camera-k band. Both detected the k band but the range of detection of "Early Warning EW-101" was about 1 km while that of "Cobra XRS-9345" was about 300 m. I have not yet crossed a "radar pop gun" but I am worried that it might not detect the pop gun radar at a range where i would be able to slow down on time. It still needs to give me a good reason for purchasing it.

    Cobra 9345- a very good Radar/Laser detector

    I already own this and bought it for my daughter as she has to travel to college and goes through a major city. It's not perfect and you still have to be careful! Detects most of the lasers and radars in use today, including POP (gun radar)- but you have to enable the POP feature. Also has a "city" and "Highway" feature which is useful to avoid false positives.

    Exenlent!!!!!

    Exelent Radar!!! and protected........ I have been using this product for well over 3 months already n at first it was not senstive bit when I started to play around with the setting I found it to be very senstive... When I first got it had a hard time picking up the ka band. But since now I have set it up the right way. I usually pick up the ka band from 2 to 3 miles away. And the laser from a cop about a mile away. It's a really good radar detector and I recommend you to get it but I will say you have to play with the settings before you use it. If anyone has any questions just as me I'll glady help you out... .....

    Good but can be noisy

    Very sensitive but not too annoying. Intelligent mute doesn't work with my newer escape. Generally a good product.
