Not as functional as I would like
My unit was DOA, would connect to my cell phone but not my land line. Panasonic replaced it within 10 days, but I was out another $8 in shipping. The phone connects to 1 land line and 2 cell phones, but only one cell phone connection can be active at a time. The phone will not provide "local bridging" for the cell phones, i.e. you can not use a multiple handsets with a cell call. It works find for the land line, but then any phone will. Got to Have This Product
This product is fantastic! I used to have to try and find my cell phone when it rang. Now I have 4 full-sized handsets throughout the house, with full-sized features and great speakerphones on them, and I no longer have to hunt for my cell phone when a call comes in. Since I have a landline connected with my cell phone now, I save money when a cell phone call comes by calling back on the Panasonic handsets. This is the true smart phone system. I love it so much I obtained 2 additional handsets and now have a phone in all my major rooms - including the bathroom!This product is fantastic! Panasonic KX-TH1212B cordless phone
I bought this cordless phone in early January. It worked great for 6 days. I contacted Panasonic and was instructed to send it to their repair center for replacement. I did so and about 2 weeks later received a refurbished set(which is their policy). It worked great for 8 days and now am being ignored by Panasonic after several attempts to get this resolved. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bereau. I read reviews on Amazon (of which there were many) and it seems that many others are having the same problem as I am. I have bought an AT&T set which continues to perform as it should after 3 weeks.I bought this cordless phone in early January. It worked great for 6 days. Best for linking cell phones where they have no signal. Very easy installation, no complains for now. Thhis is my second purchase ofthis item. A must.
