    Disappointing

    I purchased these to add more handsets to my existing Panasonic cordless which is of the exact same model number and works great. Unfortunately, only one of the five handsets I just purchased works.

    Only one thing.

    This is a very good and would rate even great phone but for one thing. After having a very sensitive phone which produce little "white noise" static, this phone seems to have that static. Always there, doesn't change when talking, other parties cannot hear it, not overwhelming, and zero interference in any functions, and can be heard on the speaker phone settings. Just tried former and neighbors borrowed phone and neither had any static. I have tried the adjustments on the volume, which is not much and static starts at 3. Manuel does say you may have to install a filter between base and plug. It just might be a little audio sensitive, and with little help and understanding it can be all it can be. Here's hoping so. Overall, really love the size and ease of usage. plus everything ...

    Great Performer!

    I bought this expandable, single-handset Panasonic phone system as a supplement to our other Panasonic system which cannot be expanded further. I love the bright white LCD display background as the black text shows very clearly. The illuminated keypad is another great feature which I appreciate. My existing system is older and lacks both. I bought it used, but you'd never guess from its condition! The sound I hear is crystal clear, and the people on the other end tell me it is very clear for them as well. You'll love the talking caller ID and the many menu options. It uses two easy to replace, low cost AA rechargeable batteries instead of expensive battery packs like my older Panasonic system. The range is very good, by the way. The speakerphone feature is quite loud and effective. My ...
