Majority of webkinz came in good condition. The crocodile and the mouse both came with staining unfortunately.

I did try to reach out to buyer to make things right, but I had no response. My descriptions are pretty detailed and say there could be imperfections, they are stuffed animals stored in a container for 15+years. It is possible while sorting over 100s of toys I missed some. I didn’t receive pictures from buyer, so I have no idea what it even looks like. I do encourage my buyers to ask for addl pics and quest in regards to the condition so they feel comfy with their purchase. Sorry
