Great remote for those who are Technology inclined. Definitely takes some basic programming through the app. Touchscreen work well and can be a little clumsy since the screen is so small. Definitely not for someone with big fingers. I paid $87 so it was somewhat of a deal. Not worth full retail price though. Overall itβs a good remote but the touchscreen isnβt really necessary. Itβs nice for extra features but the regular harmony home remote works just fine.

A pretty good design overall. You can program a button from another device to do what you want with the learn feature. My main problem is with the touch screen, which sometimes is very unresponsive to my touch. Maybe it's my touch, but sometimes I tap it like crazy and nothing happens. The buttons are very responsive though. I don't have any problems with my smart phone or any other device with the touch screen so I think the Logitech remote is the problem.

I bought this to replace an old Harmony that the buttons were sticking on. I'm very pleased so far. The setup software took a little time, but once loaded it asked if I wanted this one set up the same as my old one - check. Done. The buttons could be arranged a little more logically to put the most used buttons right under your thumb, but it may just be the way we use it - mostly watching DVR recorded shows. We find that the DVR control buttons at the very top is a little awkward. This is the only gripe. We have several things in our system, TV, stereo for ALL audio, satellite w/DVR, blu-ray, DVD recorder, AppleTV, CD changer, and even remote lighting control. It handles it all with one easy to use remote!!!

Logitech provides an online function that allows you to program multiple activities by simply listing the devices involved. Each activity can be easily modified at any time. It is the easiest universal to program that I have found. The only complaint that I have is that it is sometimes awkward to use the touch screen. The button style universals are much easier to use, but it is a small price to pay for the flexibility and simplicity of the Logitech Harmony Touch.

I purchased a couple of these after incorrectly thinking that my original Touch remotes had stopped working correctly after I was unable to properly sync them. I later determined it was because I had added channel number that was not part of the channels listed for my cable provider. But I don't regret purchasing them because they have one really nice feature: they allow you to either forward or reverse in 10 second increments which the original remotes did not. Good purchase in my opinion
