Relax! Take it easy!
This is a high quality video of a beautiful ocean view. Gorgeous views of ocean life. I had a really nice salt water aquarium. Expensive, high maintenance and always worried my fish would die. This is totally stress free, soothing and pleasant. Highly recommend.

Love this relaxing dvd and look forward to watching this often. Choice of natural sound environment or calm, easy listening, music. Though I read someone else's comment elsewhere that this is supposedly not filmed in HD, I have a 50 inch screen and still felt the quality was excellent and the images are so colorful. The location of the reefs change throughout the 60+ minutes which makes watching it for an extended period of time more interesting and easier.Love this relaxing dvd and look forward to watching this often.
