Well, package and product were damaged a bit,but the main issue was that the description was "COMPLETE" KIT....it was not,seller stated that it was my responsibility to return shipping, $12.00 for wiring harness or $6 for me to return it because it was not as described....totally unfair, shouldn't have said "COMPLETE "

i orderd a 3/8th inch wrench . the wrench was delivered 1/2 wrench. i told seller i do not have time for returns on a $18.00 item .i contacted seller to reach a compromise ., as to send another CORRECT WRENCH . i was willing to buy another for the right price , but we were unable to reach an agreement . i felt his offer " to buy one at list price" . was not a way to show a decent compromise for sending the incorrect part .
