This printer is perfect for my crafting needs. It will be used along with my Cricut machines in Design Space by Cricut. I purchased it as it also prints legal size prints.

The Good, the Bad and the Ugly.
There is something under the glass that puts a smudge on every copy I make. Using the document feeder I also encountered a problem with the copy stretched or distorted. In addition I hear a clicking noise when using the document feeder. That’s the “bad and the ugly”. After discussing these problems with HP, they agreed to replace to replace the printer. That’s the “good”. I was expecting that I would have to call a repair facility, having to box it up and ship it away and then following up 10 times before I got back in poorer condition than I sent it. Now I’m waiting for the replacement and happy it’s an HP. I’m sure that the replacement will fix my problems as noted above. Not what I expected.
I was disappointed that you cannot do double sided copying using the automatic feeder. That was important to me. It does not say this in the included literature or the online manual. I chatted with HP support for several hours before I realized this was not a feature of this printer. Everything else works as expected.
